My initial impression upon reading this post again [Small desires block the power] was how little thought I seem to put into the greater things I would see in my life, to spend my time and effort in accomplishing the desires I deem important, small or otherwise.
Are they small? Would changing a currency system, national financial accountability, even making rain considered small desires? I don’t think so – unless I am doing it just for me without thought for others. Your prompt afterwards is to encourage me to pursue the greater power of the kingdom – to not settle with an attitude that nothing can be done.
Would I beat my arrows – my strength and power and tools – a couple of times then release all in believing I can change nothing? That I am too insignificant to make a difference? That the strength that lies before me is too overwhelming for me to overcome and therefore to quit?
The king had the authority to command power, the wherewithal to overcome with total destruction, and to release freedom, yet his desire to do so was only show – a minimal overcoming, where the enemy would soon return.
Once again You are reminding me of who I am, and my capability in victory.
There is no need for remorse, nor sadness within for not being persistent in victory over the enemy. Nor is there to be pain in forgetting the greatness in your desires from the past. There is only now. Now is the time for victory.
Now does the enemy lie before you with his great army of doubt, his charade of power, as if you would be defeated in coming against him. He is subtle, nuanced, an apparition of strength that falls against those who would come against him, for in truth he is already defeated. The arrow has found its mark.
It is now your task to take what has been given – take the freedom, the prosperity, the goodness, the creativity that has rightly been given to you. Do not see this as impossible, yet if you do then rightly see that all possibility belongs to you too. For nothing is impossible for those who believe.
The issue for you remains: what do you believe? It is as if possessing greatness yet without pursuit. Where is greatness now? If one is asking yet refuses to move then where is the kingdom? You are a son to whom all things have been given. What will you do now?
This is a reminder to you of what has been given, the possibilities of the heart that lie before you if you would but examine your heart for them. With those set about you there is no failure. Your task now is to think as a son, believe as a son, act as a son. For I have always said that I would be with you. Do you believe?
If you believe your investments to be the way of change what is it about them you believe would change for others? Is the change you seek only for you without thought for them? Are your efforts just for self-preservation – do you tread grapes and hide from the enemy in fear? I have called you to a greater walk with Me that I might not tread alone.
We are set upon a course of destruction of the enemy for I have seen it, and it is so. We move to release freedom wherever we set our feet, where the enemy’s spoils – that which he has taken and not of his own – are returned in abundance to those who have forfeited what they did not see they owned. This abundance is returned, and more besides, for the enemy would pay a penalty of everything he owns.
Creativity would abound, for what is unimagined the enemy cannot see. What is impossible he cannot understand. What is unseen he cannot know. With these – the unimagined, the impossible, the unseen – he cannot overcome, yet without them he is overcome. Shall we see beyond your present vision?
Can we believe again for rain?
You do not release your wealth but release the greatest wealth of the kingdom that lies within. You do not give your goodness, but release kingdom Goodness. It is not to release your creativity but to release Creation with what has not been seen before. It is to claim the victory that is not to come but has come already.
All is not from you, but all is through you and released to all. All is not your power, but all Might is released through you. Prosperity is not something you make happen with your personal power, but a release of creativity within all others.
Not by might, nor by power but by My spirit. What are you, mighty mountain?
